Jonalicious
Jonalicious is a sweet/tart apple. This apple is a great mix of red delicious and jonathan which gives it a mix of sugar and tart flavors.
Granny Smith
Granny Smith is a traditional eating/baking apple with a great tart flavor and keeps exceptionally well in the fridge.
Red Delicious
Red Delicious is a red, full sweet apple. This apple is mild in flavor and is juicy and crisp
McIntosh
McIntosh, with its great mix of sweetness and acidity makes it the ideal eating and baking apple.
Braeburn
Breaburn is a sweet apple with just a hint of tartness. This apple has great flavor and is able to be used in many different ways.
Golden Delicious
Golden Delicious is a full sweet apple that is great for eating and baking
Cornish Gilliflower
Cornish Gilliflower is a blush color with a sweet aromatic flavor. This is a great eating apple.
Goldrush
Goldrush is a sweet/tart with many complex sugars. This great flavored apple can be stored for several months which makes it a great winter apple.
Snowsweet
Snowsweet is a crisp, sweet apple with good flavor. This apple when sliced, browns slowly which makes it great for salads.
Empire
Empire is a sweet, white fleshed apple which does not bruise easily.
Grimes Golden
An antique apple that is firm, crisp, and tart. This apple is great for eating apple as well as baking.
Black Gilliflower
Black Gilliflower is has a greenish white flesh. This apple has a rich, mild, sweet flavor and distinctive aroma.
Cortland
This apple is a tart white flesh apple that is great for baking and salads because the flesh does not brown.
Sayaka
Sayaka is a Japanese Winesap apple. This apple is a thick skin, tart apple that is good for eating as well as baking.
Splendor
Splendor is a thin skinned full sweet apple good for eating.
Jonathan
Jonathan is the most well know backing apple good for all baking needs. This apple also doubles as a great eating apple making it a duel threat apple.
Turley Winesap
Turley Winesap is a bright red apple with a thinner skin than is well know relative Staymen Winesap. This tart variety makes great for eating and baking.
Candy Crisp
Candy Crisp is a full sweet apple with a thin skin.
Spigold
Spigold is a sweet apple with a thin skin. This apple doubles as a great eating apple as well as an amazing baker.
Staymen Winesap
Staymen Winesap is a thick skinned, russet-ed apple with great flavor. This apple is a late year apple great for eating and baking.
Jonagold
Jonagold is a mix of Jonathan and Golden Delicious. This makes it a wonderfully tasting sweet apple with great ability for baking as well.
Melrose
Melrose is the Ohio state apple. This apple has a tart flavor and is a great eating/baking apple.
Sundowner
Sundowner is an extremely tart, well flavored apple that is one the parent's of Pink Lady.
Shizuka
Shizuka is a full sweet apple with a similar flavor and shape as it's parent Mutsu.
Suncrisp
A sweet apple that is not prone to browning. This makes it a great salad apple.
Arkansas Black
Arkansas Black is a very tart and crisp apple. This tartness dissipates as storage length increases. This is a great keeper with an interesting flavor.
Evercrisp
Created in Ohio, Evercrisp is a hybrid of Honeycrisp and Fuji apples. This sweet crunching apple is a must in everyone's apple bag.
Cameo
This conical apple is a mild flavored apple with a hint of pear flavor.
Ida Red
Ida red is a tart flavored apple that is a must in every bakers kitchen. This late season apple is the perfect baking apple for the holidays.

Keepsake is a sweet tart apple with a great crunch and amazing flavor.
Red Rome
Red Rome is a bright red apple which is an ultimate baking apple.
